      Yes, all our remote employees speak english fluently. Ensuring all our remote have 100% english fluency is the first step in our candidate screening process. We know it is essential that all remote employees can cpeak fluently to our customers, as well as our customer’s customers.

    • How can I trust my remote employee with private or sensitive data?

      Expanding your team to a global workplace doesnt mean you have to compromise protecting confidential or sensitive data information. Thats because all our remote employees are mandated to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). NDA’s outline the material. knowledge, or information that should be confidential. An NDA provides legal protection if proprietary information is improperly shared.

    • How do timings work ? what does full time mean?

      Full-time typically means a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, similar to how most Canadian based full time employees are expected to work.

    • How do I communicate with my remote employees?

      Our remote employees are trained to use many communication methods-phone calls, texts, email, video-conferencing, etc. Ultimately this decision is based on your personal perference.

    • What happens if I don't like the work produced?

      Part of our screening process is to give candidates a test that we design together to test their abilities to get the work done to mitigate this risk. If still does not match your standards, we will replace and onboard new talent for free.
